The IES3100 Series is a high performance industrial Layer 3 managed switch family engineered for mission critical applications in harsh outdoor and industrial environments. Featuring 8 and 16 Gigabit Ethernet downlink ports and up to 6 high speed 10G SFP+ uplinks, delivering robust bandwidth for data intensive deployments including rail transit, mining operations, and large scale surveillance networks.
Designed with a fanless, natural heat dissipation structure, IES3100 supports an extended operating temperature range of –40°C to 70°C and provides industry grade surge protection, electromagnetic shielding. The rugged hardware significantly exceeds commercial grade equipment, ensuring stable long term operation in demanding conditions.
The platform integrates a comprehensive set of L2/L3 protocols—including VLAN, STP/RSTP/MSTP, ERPS, OSPF, static routing, and multicast control—allowing the switch to serve as both an access node and aggregation device. Security features such as IEEE 802.1X, MAC authentication, RADIUS, and uRPF safeguard network integrity, while MLAG and fast ring protection mechanisms enable rapid network convergence and high availability.
With flexible management interfaces including Console, Telnet, SSH, SNMP, and Web GUI, the IES3100 offers powerful capabilities for industrial deployment and critical infrastructure networks, delivering reliability, scalability, and simplified operation.
