Wireless Network Engineer – Professional Services

Wireless Network Engineer – Professional Services

Responsibilities:
– Provide technical support for wireless telecommunication equipment;
– Pre-sales technical support including wireless network design，customer presentation and training;
– Post-sales technical support and project management to help the customer have a successful network deployment and service launch;
– Routine technical support to existing customers for troubleshooting;
– Technical document writing: user manuals, application notes, project/test reports, etc.

Requirements:
– Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or related field of studies;
– Strong RF network planning/troubleshooting skills;
– Solid experience in Wi-Fi and/or 3G/4G/LTE;
– Hands-on experience in switches, routers, and bridges;
– Strong verbal and written communication, and presentation skills;
– Project management experience will be a plus;
– Ability and eagerness to learn new concepts and technologies;
– Global travel is required;
– Outdoor work is required, with the ability to move and setup network equipment; and
– Will also consider fresh / recent graduates for entry level positions.
