Electronic Engineer / Senior Electronic Engineer

Electronic Engineer / Senior Electronic Engineer

Responsibilities:
– Design carrier class Wi-Fi wireless products for outdoor and indoor deployments;
– Circuit design, simulations and integration of DC-DC supplies, Network Processor, DDR RAM, GbE Ethernet, USB etc.;
– Schematic Design and PCB layout design;
– Conduct laboratory testing, debugging and validation of modules and PCBA’s;
– Conduct outdoor field testing to verify performance;
– BOM generation, board bring-up, diagnoses and validation;
– Transfer to production with production follow-up; and
– Manufacturing ATE support.

Requirements:
– Bachelor or Master degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent;
– 5+ / 2+ years experience in OEM / ODM and related industries;
– Experience in product compliance for FCC / CE;
– Experience with supporting manufacturing and parts sourcing;
– Experience with commercial / carrier class outdoor products preferred;
– Knowledge of 802.11 family concepts and design preferred;
– Knowledge in networking equipment (Ethernet, TCP/IP etc.) preferred;
– Occasional travel required;
– Work independently in a team on broad range of tasks;
– Good team player to work with various departments;
– Good command of oral and written English and Mandarin; and
– Will also consider fresh / recent graduates for entry level positions
