Commercial Terms  
Prices: All prices in US dollars.
Payment: 100% in advance before shipment. Payment made is not refundable.
Delivery: Normally 6 weeks upon receipt of payment, subject to stock availability.
Import charges: All import taxes, custom clearance and related charges are to be paid by buyers. Altai will not bear any consequences and charges in case the goods shipped are failed to import. Payment made by buyers is not refundable due to this reason.
Warranty: Three months limited warranty on hardware starting from date of delivery. Buyer will bear the costs of freight for returning the faulty equipment to seller's address in Hong Kong. Buyer shall follow Altai's standard Return Material Authorization (RMA) procedures for returning faulty equipment. Such RMA document is available on request to support@altaitechnologies.com.
Remarks: Order confirmed is not cancellable by buyer. Payment made is not refundable. Goods shipped is not returnable except for warranty.
